Destination Playground

The destination playground officially opened in 2022 as a new, one-of-a-kind playground. This popular playground is located at the north west side of the community center complex, on Victoria Street.

Play areas include:
Hillside slides
Marsh & hills area
Ziplines
Swings & saucer swings
Tree house & slides
Climbing nets
Ninja-style obstacle course
Skatepark

Playground features include:
Covered picnic shelter
Picnic tables
Adirondack chairs
Accessible surfaces throughout the playground, including concrete paths, playground rubber, and synthetic turf
Walking paths to the skatepark, fountain, and friendship garden
Outdoor portable bathrooms
Conveniently located next to the community center
Parking is available on Victoria Street or in the city hall parking lot.
Bus parking is located on Mound Avenue, north of the playground.
Field trip reservations are not required
