Penny Carnival

Gather up your loose change and come celebrate another year of summer Parks and Recreation programs in Arden Hills! The carnival will be held July 19 at Perry Park from 1-3 p.m. There will be carnival games, a face-painting artist, and more! There is no registration cost to enter the event. The games range in price from 10-25 cents. We also offer face painting for 50 cents and other exciting activities you won’t want to miss!
