Sound Bath Meditation

Seven crystal singing bowls that are each tuned to one of your chakras, are played in a group setting. The vibrations from the bowls send positive healing energy throughout you. The frequency of the vibrations will release energy that doesn’t serve you to help reduce anxiety and relax your body, mind, and spirit.
