Brave the BRRR
We are excited to announce Brave the BRRR, a month-long celebration of winter taking place at Brightwood Hills this January and February! This event will feature Bartz Snow Sculptures, a New Brighton Farmers Market – Minnesota Winter Brrrzarre, gnome search, full moon bonfire, kids adventure race, amateur snow sculpture contest and more! Holiday Brrzaar and Fire Dancers Extravaganza (January 12-14)
Enjoy the Brrzaar this weekend and prepare to be enchanted as fire dancers illuminate the night sky this Saturday, January 13, 5-7:30 p.m.
Marvel at the monumental snow sculpture created by the Bartz Brothers. Witness the intricate process as they sculpt a snowy masterpiece, made possible with the joint efforts of the City of New Brighton and the Bartz Brothers, who even made snow to ensure the event’s success.
Kids Adventure Race
Run, jump, climb, play in the snow and HAVE FUN at New Brighton Parks and Rec’s Kid Adventure Race! This untimed, recreational race will consist of a variety of age-appropriate obstacles at Brightwood Hills Golf Course. Youth between the ages of 5-12 that are looking for a fun challenge are encouraged to register! Adult spectators are not allowed on the course but will be allowed in the designated spectator areas. THE BRRZAAR INDOOR MARKET:
• A curated indoor market inside the Brightwood Hills Clubhouse during festival hours with local food and handcrafted vendors varying every weekend. List of scheduled vendors coming soon!
FOOD TRUCKS:
• A variety of rotating food trucks onsite during festival hours. Food truck schedule coming soon!
